FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE: Within 60 days of the original purchase date, you may return or exchange any product for a full refund, less original shipping costs. Refunds will be posted to your credit card within 48 hours – not including weekends.
For sanitary reasons, refunds and exchanges will not be honored on pillows that have been used.
Credit will not be issued on merchandise that Health Products Direct that is not received back from the customer.
After 60 days, returns will be accepted in accordance with the warranty of the product.
How to return or exchange an item: Click on the
“Contact Us” to contact our customer service department to receive a RA (Return
Authorization) number. Please request a RA number prior to returning items.
Only items with prior RA #’s will be accepted. Return address: Health Products

Damaged goods: Please report any item received damaged
within 48 hours of delivery. Liability for damaged items reported after 48
hours cannot be verified and will not be honored.
Health Products Direct, Inc records the order numbers for items shipped. Please reference the order number with any claim for damaged products.
